AUGUST 2022!
When we headed down to Cedar City for Zoe's wedding, we dropped Hallee off at Doug and Ilean's house for a Sunday night sleepover. They roused her early Monday morning to get ready for a weeklong stint at Brighton Girl's Camp, this time with friends Mattie Snow and Eleanor McAllister. On August 4th, I got up early enough to be at the Timpooneke Trailhead to start up Mount Timpanogas at 4:30 in the morning. Jen, Ryan, and Shannon met at my house and we picked Carlynn up along the way. It was a gorgeous morning. As the sun came up, we saw several mountain goats clambering on the surrounding cliffs and deer wandering around in the meadows. The Timpanogas Team! The wildflowers were in fine form. On the summit!
