NOVEMBER 2024!

The tour of the Governor's Mansion that I did with Casey was so cool that I brought Zeke, Lindy and Sean on one. Zeke and Jaiden, doing a spontaneous service project over at the Johnson's house. They had started out raking up a giant pile of leaves to jump in and then decided to bag them all. I thought it was awesome! Especially for two teenage boys. On November 7th we attended the annual Skyline XC banquet at the Thomas S. Monsen Center ballroom. It was a fun night, as usual. My contributions were orchestrating all of the volunteers, securing the venue, selecting the coach's gifts and getting all of the senior blankets embroidered. It was a lot of work but it all turned out beautifully, thanks to many helpers. "The Sophies" conducted the evening's festivities and gave out the silly awards to all of the girls on the cross country team. T...
