About 15 years ago, right after I'd joined the Sullivan family, Casey told me that his little brother, Sean, had made the following goals: "Eat more chocolate" and "get by." The past couple of months have been those kind of months with those kinds of goals. Sick of the quarantine, we started May out with a COVID-breakout. Sophie and Hallee had a sleepover in the tent in the backyard with a neighbor friend, Hazel, then we had cousin Jake come over for a multi-day sleepover, and then Lindy and Zeke joined the Goebels for a few days. Social distancing be gone! Our backyard Cinco de Mayo celebration with rice, beans, homemade pico de gallo, grape Fanta (a REAL splurge around here) and a party complete with Mexican music and dancing!
