JUNE 2023!
A long promised trip to the Ogden Dinosaur Park with Sean and Grandma: Sean was in heaven. So was Grandma! We bought a family pass so that we can come back for more soon. Being 7 is awesome! June 1st: Hallee's final portfolio review at Wasatch Charter School was a display of her work from her 8th grade year. It included an impressive outlay of art: woodcarving from her 8th grade project (including the bear that won a 1st place ribbon at the Salt Lake Woodcarving Show in the spring), a painting selected for the cover of the school's yearbook, main lesson work, pottery, felted wool, and knitting. Mr. Keenan also had a banner printed that hangs in the school gym in Hallee's honor. It reads: State Champion, Hallee Sullivan, Girl's Cross Country, 2021 & 2022 UCSSAL, All-American 2022, USATF, Wasatch Charter School. It was pretty epic.
